Deadline reported that actor Ashley Thomas has been cast in a lead role opposite Corey Hawkins in the upcoming FOX pilot 24: Legacy.
The premise of the pilot is chronicling the return of military hero, Eric Carter, to the U.S and trouble follows him back, compelling him to ask CTU for help in saving his life, and stopping what potentially could be one of the largest-scale terror attacks on American soil.
Ashley Thomas (Beowulf: Return to the Shieldlands) will be playing the role of Eric’s older brother Isaac Carter, angry at Eric regarding their bitter past, which includes the fact that Eric is now married to Isaac’s former girlfriend Nicole.
Ashley Thomas joins a cast that includes Corey Hawkins (Eric Carter), Miranda Otto (Rebecca Ingram), Anna Diop (Nicole Carter), Teddy Sears (Keith Mullins), Jimmy Smits (John Donovan), Dan Bucatinsky (Andy), Coral Pena (Gia) and Charlie Hofheimer (Marcus).
