Superman And Lois: Jordan Elsass And Alexander Garfin Join Cast For CW-DC Drama Series

Deadline is exclusively reporting that Jordan Elsass and Alexander Garfin are set to star opposite Tyler Hoechlin and Elizabeth Tulloch as the sons of Clark Kent and Lois Lane for the upcoming CW-DC drama series Superman And Lois.

The series will follow the world’s most famous superhero and comic’s most famous journalist as they deal with all the stress, pressures and complexities that come with being working parents in today’s society.

Jordan Elsass (whose credits include Little Fires Everywhere and Discreet) will be playing the role of Jonathan. Jonathan is clean-cut, modest and kind-hearted, with an aw-shucks attitude that somehow doesn’t seem dated.

Alexander Garfin (whose credits include The Peanuts Movie and Whisker Haven Tales with the Palace Pets) will be playing the role of Jordan. Jordan is wildly intelligent, but his mercurial temperament and social anxiety limits his interactions with people, and consequently, Jordan prefers to spend most of his free time alone, playing video games.

Todd Helbing, who was showrunner on The Flash for a few seasons, is writing the project as well as executive producing alongside Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter and Geoff Johns. Berlanti Productions will produce in association with Warner Bros. Television.
