G.I Joe Snake Eyes: Andrew Koji Joins Cast For G.I Joe Spinoff Film

TheWrap is exclusively reporting that Andrew Koji will be starring opposite Henry Golding in Paramount’s G.I Joe spinoff Snake Eyes.

Snake Eyes is a silent ninja commando who dresses all in back, never reveals his face and doesn’t speak. He stands out among the military anti-terrorist group and quickly establishes himself as the most popular character. He has a special relationship with Scarlett, the team’s only female member and sometimes carries out solo missions with his pet wolf Timber. His nemesis is Storm Shadow, a ninja who is also his blood brother.

Andrew Koji will be playing the role of Storm Shadow, a Japanese-American special forces soldier and member of the fictional Arashikage ninja clan, who was once friends with Snake Eyes before becoming his bitter enemy. The two eventually end up on opposite sides of the conflict between G.I. Joe and the terrorist organisation COBRA.

Robert Schwentke is directing the film, with the script written by Evan Spiliotopoulos and Brian Goldner serving as producer.
