Netflix have released the official trailer for the highly anticipated second season of drama series Mindhunter.
Mindhunter explores the early days of criminal psychology and profiling, where we follow two FBI agents, Holden Ford and Bill Tench, who team up with psychologist Wendy Carr and interview imprisoned serial killers in an attempt to apply this knowledge to solve ongoing cases.
The second season sees the unit gain traction within the FBI, including new resources, as they’re brought in to consult on the Atlanta Child Murders, a series of killings that took place between 1979 and 1981, result in at least twenty-eight people dead, many of them children.
The second season stars Jonathan Groff, Holt McCallany, Anna Torv, Hannah Gross, Cotter Smith, Cameron Britton, Damon Herriman, Joe Tuttle, Albert Jones, Stacey Roca, Michael Cerveris, Lauren Glazier and Sierra McClain.
Mindhunter Season 2 will be available on the streaming service from the 16th August 2019.
