Deadline is reporting that Denis O’Hare, Naomi Battrick and Ruairi O’Connor are the latest names to join the cast for the thriller The Postcard Killings.
The Postcard Killings focuses on a New York detective whose life is thrown into turmoil when he learns that his daughter and son-in-law have been brutally murdered in London. As he digs into the case, similar crimes are reported across Europe with each killing accompanied by a postcard sent to a local journalist.
The film is adapting the bestseller titled The Postcard Killers from James Patterson and Liza Marklund, with Janusz Kaminski directing. Production is set to commence shortly with the film shooting in London, Norway and Stockholm.
Speaking about the project, James Patterson said:
It’s always a thrill to have my books made into films and to see my characters come alive on the big screen. We’re excited that production is underway on The Postcard Killings and can’t wait to see the end result.
