Bosch: Ryan Hurst Joins Cast For Season 5

Deadline is reporting that Ryan Hurst has signed up for a role in the upcoming fifth season of Amazon drama series Bosch.

The series is based on Michael Connelly’s best-selling novels about LAPD homicide detective Harry Bosch. The fourth season focused on an attorney being murdered on the eve of his civil rights trial against the LAPD and Bosch is assigned to lead a task force to solve the crime the city erupts in a riot. Bosch must pursue every lead, even if it turns the spotlight back on his own department. One murder intertwines with another, and Bosch must reconcile his past to find a justice that has long eluded him.

Ryan Hurst (whose credits include Sons of Anarchy and Outsiders) will be playing the role of Hector Bonner, a former client of attorney Honey Chandler, currently working as her investigator. This role will see Hurst reunite with Titus Welliver, with the two previously worked together on Sons of Anarchy.

Bosch stars Titus Welliver, Jamie Hector, Amy Aquino, Madison Lintz and Lance Reddick.
