Us: Tim Heidecker Joins Cast For Jordan Peele Film

The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that Tim Heidecker is the latest name to join the cast of Jordan Peele’s next film Us.

The feature marks Jordan Peele’s next project after his directorial feature debut Get Out was released last year, making over $255m worldwide on a $4.5m budget, earning Peele an Oscar for Best Original Screenplay at the Academy Awards this year.

Us also makes Peele’s first project under the first-look deal with Universal Pictures he signed along with his Monkeypaw Productions last year. Plot details are mostly being kept under wraps at the moment, but all we know is that it will focus on two couples, one white and one black. Peele will be writing and directing the project, as well as serving as producer alongside Sean McKittrick, Jason Blum and Ian Cooper.

Tim Heidecker (who is one of the co-creators and stars of Adult Swim’s Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!) will be joining already cast Lupita N’yongoElisabeth Moss and Winston Duke.

Us is scheduled for cinematic release on the 15th March 2019.
