The Flash: Neil Sandilands, Danny Trejo And Kim Engelbrecht To Have Key Roles For Season 4

At the DC/CW Series The Flash panel at San Diego Comic Con, it was announced that Neil Sandilands, Danny Trejo and Kim Engelbrecht have signed up for key roles for the upcoming fourth season.

Neil Sandilands (whose credits in Hap and Leonard and The 100) will be playing the role of DC villain Clifford Devoe aka The Thinker, a metahuman with a mega mind. The Thinker will be the big villain of the fourth season, meaning we will see the ‘fastest man alive’ against the ‘fastest mind alive’. A true genius, he’s devised an intricate plan to fix  all that he deems wrong with humanity.

Danny Trejo (whose credits include Machete and Storks) will be playing the role of Breacher, a feared bounty hunter from Earth 19 and the imposing father of inter-dimensional bounty hunter Gypsy, who was introduced in season 3 and played by Jessica Camacho. His mission is to prevent any inter-dimensional traveller from threatening life on his planet, especially his daughter’s.

Kim Engelbrecht (whose credits include Eye In The Sky and Dominion) will be playing the role of The Mechanic, a highly intelligent engineer who designs devices for Devoe. As Devoe’s right hand, she’s the truest of true believers who’ll stop at nothing to help him implement his plan to fix humanity.

The Flash stars Grant Gustin, Candice Patton, Danielle Panabaker, Carlos Valdes, Tom Cavanagh, Jesse L. Martin and Keiynan Lonsdale.
