Transformers The Last Knight: Latest Trailer Released Online

Paramount Pictures have released the latest trailer for their upcoming film in the Transformers franchise Transformers: The Last Knight.

The official synopsis for the film is as follows:

Humans and Transformers are at war, Optimus Prime is gone. The key to saving our future lies buried in the secrets of the past, in the hidden history of Transformers on Earth. Saving our world falls upon the shoulders of an unlikely alliance: Cade Yeager, Bumblebee, an English Lord and an Oxford Professor. There comes a moment in everyone’s life when we are called upon to make a difference. In Transformers: The Last Knight, the hunted will become heroes. Heroes will become villains. Only one world will survive: theirs, or ours.

While the King Arthur stuff might be interesting, I honestly can’t even muster any excitement for this film due to Michael Bay still being the one behind the camera. If you enjoyed the four films that came before, I’m sure that you could end up enjoying this but for me the films just do nothing for me after the first one. In terms of special effects it looks like it could be much, much better than the last instalment Age of Extinction. I still have interest for the franchise once a fresh pair of eyes take on directing duties. Transformers: The Last Knight stars Mark Wahlberg, Laura Haddock,Stanley Tucci, Jerrod Carmichael, John Goodman, John Turturro, Josh Duhamel, Isabela Moner, Gil Birmingham, and Jean Dujardin.

Transformers: The Last Knight is scheduled for cinematic release on the 23rd June 2017.
