The Kind Worth Killing: Amber Heard Attached To Crime Thriller Based On Peter Swanson Novel

Deadline is exclusively reporting that Amber Heard is attached to star in Chockstone Pictures and Nick Wechsler Productions’ crime thriller The Kind Worth Killing, based on Peter Swanson’s 2015 novel.


The story focuses on Lily, a mysterious and stunning killer who meets Ted Severson on a late night flight from London to Boston. Ted confesses that he’s had thoughts about murdering his unfaithful wife. Lily offers to help and the two form a strange, twisted bond while plotting his wife’s demise.


The film has Agnieszka Holland attached to direct, with Christopher Kyle adapting the screenplay and Paula Mae Schwartz and Steve Schwartz serving as producers alongside Nick Wechsler. Amber Heard will be appearing in DC Films Justice League and Aquaman, as well as London Fields and What’s The Point?
