The Hollywood Reporter is exclusively reporting that Alfie Allen is the latest name to be joining the cast of Shane Black’s film The Predator.
The film will see the brutal alien hunter head to the suburbs, with other plot details being kept under wraps. The film has begun shooting today in Vancouver. Allen will play an ex-Marine who teams with several other outsiders, including one played by Holbrook, to stop the human-hunting creatures in a setting that hasn’t yet been seen in a Predator movie: suburbia.
Alife Allen (whose credits include Game of Thrones and John Wick) will be joining a cast that includes Trevante Rhodes, Sterling K. Brown, Boyd Holbrook, Jacob Tremblay, Olivia Munn and Keegan-Michael Key. Shane Black has co-written the script with Fred Dekker.
The Predator is scheduled for cinematic release on the 9th February 2018.
