20th Century Fox have released the final trailer for Hugh Jackman’s last outing as Wolverine in Logan.
The official synopsis is as follows:
In the near future, a weary Logan cares for an ailing Professor X in a hide out on the Mexican border. But Logan’s attempt to hide from the world and his legacy are up-ended when a young mutant arrives, being pursued by dark forces.
While the trailer is more action packed than the previous one, it puts Laura Kinney aka X-23 as the main focus point. While I didn’t enjoy the trailer as much as the first one, it’s still a good trailer, as it just extends on clips that we got from the first trailer. I’m very much interested to see Boyd Holbrook’s performance in this film as he’s impressed me in some of the small budget films that came out last year (The Free World and Cardboard Boxer) as well as his role in Narcos, this could ‘launch’ him as it were to a wider audience. Logan stars stars Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, Boyd Holbrook, Richard E. Grant, Stephen Merchant, Eriq La Salle, Elise Neal and Dafne Keen.
Logan is scheduled for cinematic release on the 2nd March (UK) and 3rd March (US).
