Let The Right One In: Kristine Froseth Cast As Female Lead In TNT Pilot


tv-news-let-the-right-one-in-kristine-froseth-cast-as-female-lead-in-tnt-pilotDeadline reports that Kristine Froseth has been cast as the female lead in the TNT pilot Let The Right One In, a vampire drama based on the best-selling novel by Swedish author John Ajvide Lindqvist.

 

Let The Right One In will have us follow a young boy named Henry, who has long been tormented by his classmates, finds solace in a friendship with a charismatic vampire named Eli (Froseth), who appears to be near his age, though her actual age is unknown. Lonely and friendless, Eli lands in an apartment building in Vermont and soon begins a strange friendship with Henry who has no idea what kind of creature he’s dealing with.

 

The script for the pilot will be penned by Teen Wolf creator Jeff Davis, who will serve as an Executive Producer alongside Marty Adelstein, Becky Clements from Tomorrow Studios and Simon Oakes from Hammer Films. Kristine Froseth’s credits include Junior, Rebel In The Eye and Prey.
