Deadline exclusively reports that Tyne Daly is the latest actor to join the cast of Sony and Marvel Studios film Spider-Man: Homecoming.
The Emmy winning actress (six throughout her time on shows Cagney & Lacey and Judging Amy), whose recent credits include Hello, My Name Is Doris and Basmati Blues, joins the ever-growing cast and like most that have signed up recently, her role is being kept under wraps at the minute as well as the premise of the Jon Watts directed film.
So far in the cast for Spider-Man: Homecoming we have Tom Holland (Peter Parker/Spider-Man), Marisa Tomei (Aunt May),Robert Downey Jr (Tony Stark/Iron Man), Zendaya (Michelle) Tony Revolori, Laura Harrier, Michael Barbieri, Michael Keaton, Kenneth Choi, Donald Glover, Martin Starr, Logan Marshall-Green, Abraham Attah, Isabella Amara, Jorge Lendeborg Jr., J.J. Totah, Hannibal Buress and Michael Mando.
Spider-Man: Homecoming is scheduled for cinematic release on the 7th July 2017.
