Film News - All Eyez On Me - Teaser Trailer Drops OnlineToday on would’ve been Tupac Shakur’s birthday, Morgan Creek Productions have released a teaser trailer for the upcoming Tupac biopic All Eyez On Me set for a November 2016 release.

 

The teaser trailer was revealed on the Instagram account of radio show Big Boy’s Neighborhood before it has been released on YouTube etc. which mostly has narration from Tupac’s mother Afeni Shakur telling her son ‘This ain’t just about you. Like all black men, you have a bullseye on your back. They are going to give you the tools that you need to destroy yourself,’ through a somber version of Ambitionz Az A Ridah in the background of the trailer. It doesn’t reveal too much other than we’re set to get the rise of Tupac and his fateful death in Las Vegas, Nevada on September 2016.

The film doesn’t reveal much but one things for sure, Demetrius Shipp Jr. has an uncanny resemblance of the rapper though the question remains will he be the part when the film is released? Time will tell. The fact we’re finally getting a Tupac biopic has been a long time coming and anticipation amongst fans will be high for this film to live up to. The cast of the film includes Demetrius Shipp Jr., Jamal Woolard, Jamie HectorDanai Gurira, Kat GrahamLauren CohanGrace Gibson, Hill Harper, Annie Ilonzeh, Erica Pinkett and Stefon Washington.

 

All Eyez On Me is scheduled for cinematic release on the 11th November 2016.
