Kingsman The Golden Circle: Jeff Bridges Joins Cast

Jeff Bridges revealed on social media over the weekend that he is the latest name to join the cast of Kingsman sequel The Golden Circle.

It’s not clear as of yet as to what character Jeff Bridges will be playing. Kingsman: The Golden Circle has us following Gary ‘Eggsy’ Unwin and his supervisor Merlin heading to the US to join forces with the ‘Statesman’, the Kingsman agency’s American counterparts, after the destruction of Kingsman HQ at the hands of evil mastermind Poppy. Taron Egerton and Mark Strong are reprising their roles, with Colin Firth returning also as Harry Hart (despite his character arc in Kingsman: The Secret Service), joined by a cast that includes Julianne Moore as Poppy, Halle Berry, Sophie Cookson, Edward Holcroft, Pedro Pascal, Channing Tatum and Sir Elton John.

Well they’re definitely going all out in attaching big names for the ‘Statesman’ roles and I’m just assuming a role that Jeff Bridges is going to play in this film.

Kingsman: The Golden Circle is scheduled for cinematic release on the 16th June 2017.
