The synopsis for Doctor Strange is as follows:
After his career is destroyed, a brilliant but arrogant and conceited surgeon gets a new lease on life when a sorcerer takes him under his wing and trains him to defend the world against evil.
The teaser trailer gives us a look at Benedict Cumberbatch as Stephen Strange, as well as Chiwetel Ejiofor as Baron Mordo and Tilda Swinton as The Ancient One, as well as blink and you’ll miss it appearances from Rachel McAdams and Mads Mikkelsen in an intriguing and mind bending special effects as Marvel look set to give us a supernatural spin in the Marvel Cinematic Universe with Sinister and Deliver Us From Evil director Scott Derrickson at the helm. For a teaser trailer it certainly has done its job of peaking my interest and actually looks like it will be one of those films that might be a better advantage of seeing in 3D. As for Cumberbatch doing an American accent again I’m not sold on but that’s a minor bump in the road towards November in antiquation for Doctor Strange.
Doctor Strange is scheduled for cinematic release on the 4th November 2016.
