Prison Break: Mark Feuerstein Cast For FOX Event Series

TV News - Prison Break - Mark Feuerstein Cast For FOX Event SeriesIt was reported a while ago that Royal Pains star Mark Feuerstein will be joining the FOX event series revival of Prison Break in a key recurring role.

Prison Break, which ran between 2005-2009, will be back focusing on a new adventure featuring brothers Michael and Lincoln, played by Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell (both currently killing it on Legends of Tomorrow) and this has been in development for a while (since August in fact) and has been greenlit for a nine-episode order.

Feuerstein is set to play the role of Scott Ness, a Professor of Economics (Game Theory) at Cornell who on the surface is rather anxious professor who is dubious of the Government, but proves he’s got significant fight in him when up against it. The key part to his character is who he’s married too….Dr. Sara Tancredi, a character played by Sarah Wayne Callies in the original series, who is in discussions to reprise the role (currently she’s in the show Colony).
